About

Essmei (S. Mei) is the eponymous design project of London-based Sarah Mei. Previously a design consultant and event manager for Nike, her products pull from experiments with colour and experiences in travel. She currently curates for a print gallery in Dalston, London.

Having printed on fabric for years using stencils, sponges and paint brushes, Sarah Mei used silk screen printing to achieve the larger prints and patterns as her designs developed and required more precision.

The ESSMEI bandanas are hand-made by Sarah Mei. She chose the fabric, cut, hemmed and sewed each square and printed each layer herself. They are #ALLFORYOU and now available for you to purchase.
